‘163 pages’ are all that matters it seems, context not required. ‘Untenable, he should resign, 163 pages’, Iraqi officials say, US military officials say,…, catch this, the smart bomb. There’s nothing smart about any of it, it’s pathetic slime driven party politics, Labour using the media as they did so much when in power, it just makes them hypocrites, Mr Bean the most pathetic slimy fish one could imagine. But, but ‘163 pages’, meaningless page count a bit like all scientists agree, consensus is that man-made global warming is real. I despair at the banality of it all. Now sports.

Good Old Chelsea, keeping the English flag aloft. I listened to the first 25 mins and then the last 25, what fun. Outplayed, outclassed but the minnow came through, even this Tottenham follower appreciates the effort.

The weather has taken a turn for the worse, I see yesterday even Lovelock was back tracking. The alarmism regarding man-made global warming was over stated according to Lovelock a Guru of the environmental movement. I guess he thought he wouldn’t live long enough to see it all fall apart. Still His Gaia theory made him loads a dosh, he now thinks ‘he extrapolated too far’. As recently as 2006 writing in the independent he said. “before this century is over billions of us will die and the few breeding pairs of people that survive will be in the Arctic where the climate remains tolerable.” Extrapolated too far, you need a Statistician Lovey!. Last week I joked about the possibility of floods and here today we have the country disrupted by too much rain.

From the BBC weatherman: Low pressure will dominate the UK's weather for the rest of April, and possibly into early May, bringing further showers and longer spells of locally heavy rain. In Lincolnshire, where the drought situation is amongst the worst in the country, some of the highest rainfall totals have been recorded so far this month. In the 24 hours to 10am on Saturday morning nearly 40mm was recorded at Waddington in Lincolnshire, bringing their monthly total to 101mm, already more than double their monthly average of 47mm. Latest estimates shown below suggest another 20mm across much of our region between now and the end of Thursday, with up to 50mm - around a month's worth - likely in some Southern parts of the UK.

The point is that the weather changes, as does the climate, the climateologists have made a huge living out of scaring us, some gleefully take the opportunity to scare us and hence control. They also use scare to increase parasitic ‘green’ taxes on us only too ably assisted by those with nothing in their lives but to spoil other people’s fun. For Climate read, Obsesity, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Peak Oil, Smoking, Drinking, Wasting, Ozone, DDT, MMR, Bird/Swine Flu. Unfortunately science has been usurped by the post-modern version which is firmly routed in Politics and control. With the rapid demise of the idiotic man-made GW scam we see most walking discretely away and all that remains for those left to steer the rickety ship off the rocks for a while longer are more vociferous and extreme attacks. The attacks on those highlighting the holes in the science and the increasing evidence that there really is little effect due to man. They may claim they didn’t know it at the time (Like Lovey) but really that’s no excuse for the trash science used. I must remind all that Miliband was the climate change minister who said that it is ‘irresponsible for anyone to challenge man-made climate change’. Seems we are ruled by half-wits and nerwithalls, what does that say about the British people and our inability to challenge, until that is the media tell us to be up in arms.

Mitt Romney is to take on Barry. If the US people are anything like the sheep of other nations I suggest that 4 bleak years will be enough to mean the end for the current President. ADHD on a national scale has meant that 13 years of Labour is wiped out when things get tough (some would say as a consequence of those 13 years) subsequently. Same deal in the US I suggest.

Tanker drivers have got two more weeks to consider new deal, in the meantime Diesel will get beyond £1.50 per litre and the pressure to relent and give them what they want will be too great.

World malaria day, the pills cost as much as smarties, one has to wonder why this is still an issue. I wonder if Bob Malthus is alive and well in the 21st century perchance.
